2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-cut glass panels, ACP sheets, or bespoke glass solutions.
- Installed or used products.
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- 2. Provide order details and photos of the damaged/defective product.
- 3. Our team will inspect and approve the return request.
- 4. The product must be packed securely and returned via our designated courier.

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued after quality verification of returned items.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For COD orders, a bank transfer will be initiated after successful return processing.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
